What we build, and how we go about it
Design, engineering and release inside one team. We take on the whole thing — from the first workshop to the version running in production six months later.

Web & Mobile Development
Customer-facing products built to last — Next.js on the web, React Native and Expo on mobile, sharing one codebase and one design system where it makes sense.
- Design systems
- Server-rendered web
- iOS & Android
- App store release
Custom Software Development
The full build: discovery, architecture, delivery. You get production code in your repository, reviewed and documented, not a prototype that needs rewriting.
- Technical discovery
- Architecture
- Delivery in sprints
- Handover docs
AI Systems & Automation
Retrieval over your own documents, assistants that actually complete tasks, and automation for the back-office work nobody wants to do twice.
- RAG over your data
- Workflow automation
- Evaluation & guardrails
- Cost control
Custom ERP & Internal Platforms
Operations software shaped around how your business actually runs — inventory, billing, reconciliation, approvals — instead of bending the business around a subscription.
- Process mapping
- Schema design
- Migration from legacy
- Role-based access
Cloud & DevOps
Deployments that are boring on purpose. CI that catches problems before your users do, environments that match, and infrastructure you can reason about.
- CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as code
- Observability
- Cost tuning
Security Audits & Hardening
Sensible defaults rather than theatre: least-privilege access, secrets kept out of source control, dependency hygiene, and a review before you go live.
- Pre-launch review
- Access & secrets
- Dependency audit
- Incident runbook
IoT & Connected Devices
Device fleets that report reliably and dashboards that make the data usable — telemetry ingestion, provisioning and over-the-air updates.
- Telemetry pipelines
- Device provisioning
- Operator dashboards
- OTA updates
Technical Consulting & Fractional CTO
A second opinion with a written outcome. We review the codebase or the plan, tell you what will break first, and give you a sequenced path out of it.
- Codebase audit
- Architecture review
- Team & process
- Written recommendations
How we work
Four steps, and you can see the work at every one of them
Discovery
We sit with your operators and watch the real workflow before proposing anything.
Scope
A written brief with deliverables, assumptions, timeline and a number. No surprises later.
Build
Short cycles with a staging link you can open any Friday, so nothing lands as a shock.
Launch & after
Release, monitor, iterate. Support is part of the contract, not an upsell.
Engagements
Scoped properly before anyone writes code
Every engagement starts with a written scope — deliverables, assumptions, timeline and fees. Work outside it is a change request, and we tell you what it costs before we start rather than at the invoice.
Tackle Studioz projects start at $500, and the final figure scales with scope — every engagement is priced against a written brief agreed before any work begins.
There is no rate card, because the same feature list can differ several times over in cost depending on integrations and data volume. Discovery produces a fixed number you can plan around, covering deliverables, assumptions and timeline. Work outside that scope is a change request, priced before it starts rather than at the invoice. Ownership of the deliverables transfers to you on full payment.
