Privacy Policy

What we collect through this site, why we collect it, who processes it, and the rights you have over it — under India's DPDP Act 2023 and, for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK, the GDPR.

Effective July 2026 · Tacklestudioz LLP

01Who we are

Tacklestudioz LLP ("we", "us") operates tacklestudioz.tech. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this site. For visitors in the EU, EEA or UK, we are the Controller under the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

02What we collect

We keep collection deliberately narrow. There is no account system on this site, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

  • Enquiry form: the name and company, email address, free-text project description, the service categories you select, and the budget band you choose. All of it is supplied voluntarily by you.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics sets cookies that record pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
  • Scheduling and messaging: if you use the Book a call, WhatsApp or Telegram links, or the on-site chat widget, that interaction takes place on the relevant third party’s platform under their own privacy terms.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, user agent and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

03Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and scope potential work. DPDP Act: your consent, given when you submit the form. GDPR: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it. DPDP Act: consent. GDPR: consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse. GDPR: our legitimate interests in operating a secure site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations where an engagement proceeds.

04Consent, and how to withdraw it

Analytics cookies are only set where you have consented. You can withdraw consent at any time — see the Cookie Policy for how. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it, and it will not affect our ability to respond to an enquiry you have already sent.

You are not required to provide any personal data to browse this site. If you choose not to complete the enquiry form, we simply have no way to reply to you.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of processors who handle data on our instructions:

  • Google (Google Analytics) — site usage measurement.
  • Our email and productivity provider — receiving and replying to enquiries.
  • Our scheduling provider — booking calls, where you use that link.
  • Our hosting provider — serving the site and retaining security logs.
  • Professional advisers, or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

06International transfers

We operate from India. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, personal data you submit is transferred to and processed in India, which has not received an adequacy decision. Where such transfers occur we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. You may request a copy of the relevant transfer mechanism using the contact details below.

07How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Enquiries that become engagements: for the life of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax and contractual record-keeping requires.
  • Analytics data: per the retention window configured in Google Analytics.
  • Server logs: a rolling short-term window set by our hosting provider.

08Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to a summary of the personal data we process about you, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure, and you may nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you additionally have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, write to us using the contact details below. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

09Grievance redressal

Under s.13 of the DPDP Act you may raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, who will respond within the statutory period.

Email: hello@tacklestudioz.tech

If you remain dissatisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you may instead complain to your local supervisory authority.

10Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the relevant authority of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

11Children's data

This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. Where a change materially affects your rights we will seek fresh consent where the law requires it.
