Cookie Policy
Which cookies this site sets, what each one does, how long it lasts, and how to turn the non-essential ones off.

01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to function; others measure how it is used. Related technologies such as local storage work the same way in practice, and this policy covers those too.
02Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work and are set without consent, because the site cannot function without them. They hold things like your interface preferences and security state. They do not track you across other sites.
03Analytics — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and where they arrive from. It sets cookies in the _ga family, which distinguish one visitor from another and persist for up to two years. The data tells us aggregate patterns; we do not use it to identify individuals.
These are set only where you have consented, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
04Third-party embeds
Some features hand you off to other companies, which set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control these:
- The on-site chat widget, when you open it.
- The scheduling provider behind the Book a call link.
- WhatsApp and Telegram, if you use those contact links.
05How to control cookies
- Every mainstream browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
- Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites.
- Clearing your browser storage for this site removes any preference we have saved, including a previous consent choice.
06Consent
Analytics and other non-essential cookies require your prior consent under the DPDP Act 2023 and, for visitors in the EU, EEA and UK, under the GDPR and ePrivacy rules. That means they must not be set until you have actively agreed, and withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it.
07Changes
If we add or remove a cookie we will update this page and revise the effective date. Material changes to non-essential cookies will be accompanied by a fresh consent request.
