Tackle Studioz operates on a bespoke, high-end engineering model. Once a 7-day sprint has been initiated and resources (engineering hours, cloud infrastructure, and architectural design) have been allocated, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy for that specific cycle. This policy reflects the unique, non-reversible nature of custom engineering work.
Clients may terminate their overall engagement with the studio by providing standard notice as per their Master Service Agreement (MSA). Any prepaid credits or future sprints that have not yet been initiated will be eligible for a pro-rated refund, minus a 15% administrative decoupling fee.
In lieu of refunds, we provide a robust Quality Assurance (QA) framework. If a deliverable does not meet the technical specifications defined in the initial Scope of Work, we will perform corrective engineering sprints at no additional cost until the system logic is compliant with the agreed-upon architecture.
Requests for billing adjustments or dispute resolution should be directed to our finance department at finance@tacklestudioz.tech within 72 hours of invoice issuance.
